Due to an ordering error at work we ended up with a big can of plum sauce. I took it home to hopefully find a use for it.
I've never cooked with plum sauce. I've mainly had it as a dipping sauce for egg rolls and such and not as a cooking ingredient. I'm hoping reddit might be able to help me out in finding some recipes that feature it as a main ingredient so I can use as much up as possible. (Bonus points if they're vegetarian-ish dishes, but meat focused dishes are encouraged too.)
