I’m looking for a recipe for a Chinese buffet style crab bake casserole. All the recipes I find online include mozzarella or cheddar cheese and that is definitely not what I’m looking for. The dish I’m used to is a sweet and savory type but not a cheesey one. Maybe cream cheese? Anyone know what I’m talking about?
