I’m looking for a hibachi chicken marinade/recipe like the typical American Japanese/Chinese restaurant serves. The only recipes I’m seeing online are from bloggers that don’t have food backgrounds and very likely don’t test their recipes before publishing.
I usually use Serious Eats or Bon Appétit or even Food Network but I don’t see any. Any help is appreciated!
