Hello, my son is allergic to dairy and nuts, sadly! They often celebrate birthdays in preschool and there’s cake and he can’t eat it. It’s tragic. He’s a real sweetheart and doesn’t make a fuss but I hate that he is left out.
I am a complete beginner to baking and wouldn’t even know where to begin. But I’d like to make him cake that can be frozen and kept in school for a few weeks and easily microwaved so he can have his own allergen free cake.
He loves chocolate but really any yummy flavour is good!
