I once had oatmeal cookies that I would describe as chewy; aside from the oats, the texture was similar to a soft sugar cookie.
I've been trying to recreate it, but every 'chewy' recipe I've found is really just soft, like this one. At this point, all of the recipes I can find have the same ingredients as ones I've already tried.
Does anyone have a recipe that would be a better fit, or tips on how to adapt others to be more chewy?
