I am an amateur in the kitchen but more skilled than an average household cook. I love cooking and the art of it all. I like to try new recipes that challenge me to improve my skills. I am looking for some recipes that will exactly that. I was thinking something French because of the delicate nature of a lot of the dishes but if there are other types you can recommend then please feel free. Thank you.
