Hi all, Basically my mum was supposed to be in Peru for her birthday this year but thanks to corona it’s postponed until next year. I am instead taking her to a local llama/alpaca farm for a picnic. I want to make some Peruvian or South American food. Any ideas or good recipes out there? TIA x
