So I tried a recipe that called for hollowed-out orange halves to use as bowls. I thought that I was going to use the juice somewhere in the recipe, but turns out it never got used :/
Point is, I now have 3 pints of fresh-squeezed, orange juice, and I need recipes to use it. I’d like to avoid recipes that also call for orange zest (the last thing I need is to buy MORE oranges). I’m a bit tired of sweets at the moment, so while I’ll appreciate any input I’m currently looking at more savory recipes.
Let me know what ideas you have.
