I’ve been allergic to fish and crustaceans my entire life, and just discovered this week that I am no longer allergic. I tried sushi this week and loved it, but I’m not a fan of the fishy tastes nor the texture of the imitation crab. I know it’ll take some getting used to, so I’m looking for some good fish recipes since I have no idea how to cook it! I don’t know what’s good fish or what’s bad fish.
Any suggestions for someone like me?
