There's this type of yellow curry from a Thai place nearby (Marnee Thai in Ann Arbor) that I absolutely love!! But I don't really have the funds to be ordering it as often as I'd like to (every day tbh).
I can tell you for sure that it has potatoes, onions, peanuts, and shrimp in it, and it's pretty sweet. Does anyone have/know of a curry recipe similar to this? Most recipes I found online don't have all of these things.
