So I want to experiment with smoothies and maybe even find a new love. Are their any smoothie ingredients/recipes for a great tasting smoothie that has plenty of energy to fuel your day and also help with some symptoms of depression? I've heard things like spinach and bananas but I'm not sure what goes well together.
