STRAWBERRY NICE CREAM Yield: 3 servings Prep time: 10 mins Difficulty: Super easy ​ INGREDIENTS Frozen Strawberries – 1 cup Frozen banana – 2 to 3 medium Splash of coconut milk Sweetener – Coconut sugar / jaggery / sweetener of your choice (optional) Vanilla extract – 1 tsp (optional) ​ METHOD Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Adjust the thickness by adding more milk as desired. If the berries are sour, adjust the sweetness by adding more banana or sweetener as per your requirement. Serve immediately and enjoy.
