Hey everyone kind of a long shot but here it goes..
My Yiayia used to make what she always told me was a “cheese pie” it was round and had almost like a pizza crust border. I’m just trying to figure out what it’s called so I can find the best recipe. I’m fairly certain that ricotta cheese is used and more likely than not feta cheese. I know it’s not tiropita which is the more spiral shape “cheese pie.” Any assistance would be much appreciated thanks!
