I saw Tasty did a fun fried chicken competition and they made various fried chicken from around the world (Szechuan fried chicken, Japanese Tebasaki fried chicken, etc) and it inspired me to try and make fried chicken from various countries and cultures.
What authentic fried chicken recipes would you suggest I try?
