Favourite Recipes Using Tamarind Paste

Hi all!

A couple of weeks ago I bought some tamarind paste (I enjoy collecting pastes and sauces to try in new dishes), once I got home I realised I really didn’t have any recipes that used it. Long story short - what are some of your favourite recipes that use tamarind paste?
