But so many recipes online are so different with spices, types of lentils and rices. Some you cook the onions, rice and lentils all in one pot, others you cook them separate and bring them all together at the end. What's an authentic mujadara look like?
I already have green lentils and long-grain white rice in my cupboard so I'd prefer to use that, but I don't know what to do haha.
