For some reason I never ate stewed beef as a kid (blame my parents) but have recently discovered how yummy it is. I’ve been thinking of ways to use shredded/stewed beef and thought it would be yummy in a cottage pie. Anyone have any thoughts or advice? Can I use any beef stew/pot roast recipe and top with mashed potatoes?
