Yesterday I tried a new burger mix recipe and it was amazing. So I'll share it here for you all
3lbs of 70/30- beef/pork mix Lots of ground black pepper A bit of salt but dont go crazy Garlic powder to preference ( I use lots) HP sauce, use moderately Bullseye steakhouse, same amount as HP sauce And a full can of coke
Mix it all together and let it chill in the fridge while the meat soaks everything up for an hour before forming the burgers. Top burgers with old cheddar
Simple yet effective
