How to make instant ramen healthier?

So I find myself with about 100 packets of instant noodles and I have no idea how to eat all of this and make it healthy. Any suggestions?

I can really only think of putting more water? Or possibly adding veggies, but that's about it. I'm wondering if I can prepare differently and healthily...
