Canned coconut milk is my new obsession. I used it a few weeks ago in chickpea curry and I feel in love, the next day I added some of the left over milk to my coffee and that was also a success. Now I want to use it more, but I don’t know of any other ways to use it. How do you guys use canned coconut milk?
