Recipe for Mexican ground beef tacos

I’m looking for ways to create restaurant-style Mexican ground beef tacos.

I know they use beef with higher fat content, but beyond that, my attempts are far inferior than those beautiful creations.

The recipes I’ve found on Google, so far, have all been terrible.

Help?

Edit: Other styles are welcomed except chicken. Sadly I am allergic to the birds.
