Ingredients:
2 cans of Budweiser
Chocolate syrup (optional)
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Mix together until combined. In a separate bowl beat 2 tablespoons of milk, olive oil and eggs until the wet ingredients seem just together to create a creamy consistency. Stir in the Parmesan cheese. The mixture should be dry, fluffy, not sticky. Then add the remaining 2 tablespoons of milk and stir until it's mixed well. Add 1/2 cup of the corn starch mixture. If you are using an actual bowl, place 1/2 cup in the bottom of your bowl then add the remaining 2 tablespoons of corn starch mixture. Stir well once you're done. Using a wire strainer or a metal spoon, add 4 ounces of the grated Parmesan on top of each piece of sushi (with at least 12mm thick sushi pieces required). Pour the sauce on top of each piece of pork and sprinkle the remaining grated Parmesan cheese over top of each piece. You may wish to drizzle the sauce on top of each piece (this will make it easier to pour over the rice afterwards).
