When I was a kid, my mom and I would go get groceries on the weekend. We always stopped at Dillion’s, a Kroger store. They always had these mini orange muffins that had an extremely strong orange flavor. I stopped going with my mom as I grew up and miss them dearly.
The closest I’ve ever had to them were Otis Spunkmeyers orange muffins but they don’t make them anymore. Does anyone have a copycat recipe that works? My wife has tried all that we can find online and none have a strong orange flavor.
