Improving pasta salad

Hey guys, I'm using a recipe for my pasta salad since years: Pasta Wiener Gherkins Cheese Boiled Eggs As dressing: Ketchup Mayonnaise Salt, Pepper, some herbs A little bit of lemon juice

I'm really into cooking and baking since a few weeks. Because of that I want to improve my old recipes. I'm looking for an alternative für Ketchup and Mayo as base of the dressing. Do you have any suggestions what I could try?

I'd love other suggestions on what I could add/change to improve my salad as well.
