Looking for the best chicken wing recipes. Have a friendly wing competition coming up and I obviously wanna dominate my friends and family.
I’ve had some good success with Kenji’s double fry method: RECIPE LINK. But wanted to see if anyone has any other suggestions for seriously killer wings.
I’ve recently discovered my new all time favorite wings in a small joint in Chicago called Landbirds. Link to photos of these badboys . Where they lollipop the wings and coat it in a gluten free starch mixture and would love to try that if anyone has any suggestions regarding the batter.
If anyone has any suggestions on the best type of wings for frying, the best oil to use, sauce recipes, etc., I’d love to hear em!
Help me both embarrass and satisfy my family with the best wings they’ve ever had!
