Use 1/2 cup of cheese spread.

Combine 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 cup of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a medium saucepan.

Bring to a boil, and simmer, covered, for 5-7 minutes.

Remove from the heat.

Let cool, and add 1 teaspoon liquid mozzarella.

Use an oven mitt or rubber mallet to press the dough to a flat surface.

Cut into 2″x2″ squares.

Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes.
Enjoy, and have more than enough ice cream for the next one.
