I make a fantastically juicy smoked chicken and it’s always a hit. The people coming over Saturday have had it a lot, and I’m fixing again because the dozen or so kids will eat it without complaint.
But for the adults, I want to dress it up and I’m out of ideas. Maybe other ingredients to make the smoked chicken into tacos or chicken crepes with it or???? Looking for something really flavorful, unusual, fun but not hours in the kitchen.
What do you suggest?
