I want to pickle some carrots and yellow onion for the first time and I would like some help with: 1) preparing the onion( how to cut it) 2) What brine to use? ( Give me your best brine) 3) can I pickle them in the same jar? 4) what else can I add ? ( To either pickle or increase flavor) Thanks in advance!
