My dad gave me about 10lbs of beans. I’m not sure what type they are. Could any one ID them and suggest some good recipes? Could i sub these types of beans in place of other beans for recipes that call for other types of beans such as Zuppa Toscana or Louisiana Red Beans and Rice?
