How can i make a homemade mango dressing?

I think im gonna attempt a spicy mango dressing to go on a grilled shrimp salad.

I dont want it to be creamy if I can help it. I prefer light dressings like basalmic but I can deal if its thicker.

Anyone have any tips on how to accomplish this?
