Just cook some organic brown rice in a rice cooker and lay the steaming tray in with a chicken breast raw too steam. Dice the chicken after it's cooked, spoon over some rice, and grab a handful of arugula, almonds, sunflower seeds, and a couple forkfuls of sauerkraut. Squeeze of lime. Squeeze of lemon. Little soy. Mix. Boom. Light, refreshing, good macros.
