I have seen several variations of the name itself - Zhug, Schug, Skhug, S'chug and more.
I have tried a few recipes on my own but nothing comes close to the one from Mezeh (see mostly in MD and VA but it could be in other states). Can anyone suggest how to make it and I will try it? Also, their falafels too but still the sauce is awesome.
