Request for low cal broth recipe

I’m looking for a broth suitable for use during intermittent fasting.

Ideally a clear low cal tasty broth.

I googled it but there’s so much info and debate over stock and bouillon it’s a little confusing to someone like me who isn’t very good in the kitchen.
