Today my kid asked for “strawberry cookies”. I’m debating on making this random thing he asked for.
I was thinking of ways to add in the strawberry without just cutting up the berries because I figured the squishy berry would make cookie dough too moist.
I was thinking of getting those dry strawberry chip slice things and turning them into a powder and mixing them into a basic sugar cookie recipe.
Would that work? I’ve never actually had them so I don’t know how strong of a flavor they have.
