Gluten Free Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

This healthy breakfast is perfect to grab and go during the week or for a yummy after school treat. So delicious and satisfying. 😋

Recipe: 3 ripe bananas, mashed 1/4 cup almond/coconut milk 3 eggs 1 cup peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla extract whisk together in a large bowl

👇🏼In a separate bowl👇🏼 1/2 cup Coconut flour 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt

Preheat oven. Combine dry ingredients with the wet. Stir. Spray paper lined muffin tin with non stick spray. Fill batter just about to the top but not all the way. Sprinkle with a little extra sugar to the tops for added sweetness. Bake 350 degrees for 20 mins.
