Hello,
I'm planning to make a 4 cheese pizza (quattro formaggi) I searched a lot and couldn't find an answer.
I have these types of cheeses 1- Mozzarella 2- Emmental 3- Parmesan 4- Gruyere
There are lots of recipes with Mozzarella + Parmesan + Emmental/Gruyere + 4th another type. I fear combination of emmental and gruyere won't be good. So my question is; my type of cheeses are compatible?
