Alright Reddit I’m searching for a specific recipe from my childhood. The recipe was for beef jerky from a small grocer in Empire, Michigan. I believe it was called Deerings Market. The jerky was cut thick in meaty strands and possibly oven dried but to a point where it was still quite moist inside for a jerky. We kept it refrigerated because of this. I believe it came in pepper and teriyaki?? Anybody heard of/had this recipe?
