My girlfriend got me a 14" lasagna pan for Christmas, since I love to cook. She, however, does not like lasagna (can only tolerate light amounts of cheese).
I was hoping someone on here had a good recipe that could utilize my new pan and my girlfriend would still enjoy. I was thinking about pork tenderloin in a teriyaki glaze with asparagus and rice. Open to any other suggestions, and thank you in advance.
