Hey guys, first of all I hope everyone had an excellent xmas! So, one present I received this past holiday were some dried shitake mushrooms, I'm pretty excited to use them, but I have no idea how or in which recipes. Does anyone know some cool recipes to use them with? Can I rehydrate them and use them in a sauce for steak for example?
