I have some pumpkin bread and muffin mix from Trader Joe's and wanted to make a pumpkin bread pudding with it for Thanksgiving. Would it be as simple as baking the pumpkin bread and using any old bread pudding recipe on the internet, but replacing the bread they use with my pumpkin bread? Has anyone done this before?
