I’m looking to make some of my gifts this year but want to be able to store them (probably for a week or so before Christmas) at room temperature. Last year I received home made fudge from one of my sisters but all of the recipes say to keep refrigerated. Scottish tablet seems interesting and might be an option. Any ideas?
