Traditional Holiday Dinner Recipes

I have a wonderful stay-cation planned for the week of Christmas to New Years. Had a great idea to make a traditional holiday meal from different countries that my SO and I descend from each night. My SO and I are both american euro mutts so our family dinners where always more american than from ancestors traditions

I would love to hear some ideas from folks from the below countries on what you have as traditional holiday meals.

1. English/Scottish
2. German
3. French
4. Italian
5. Jewish

Not from the above countries, no matter. Still be great to hear what folks around the world are eating at end of year holiday celebrations.
