So I’m trying to slim down and I’m looking to meal prep my lunches. I’m a creature of habit so I’m only going to make the same meal for each day of the week. I’m trying to go for a sort of southwestern chicken bowl but I’m a total beginner at cooking. Here are my ingredients:

Raw chicken tenderloin

Black beans (canned and dry)

Brown rice (big bag)

Corn (Canned)
Do I just dump it all in the crock pot? Do I need to cook anything separately? What seasonings should I use?
