Hello! I love pork intestines. Unfortunately I currently live in a country where they are not commonly served. Also, recipes for pork intestines in the English language seem to be few and far between on the internet.
I would like recommendations for Asian pork intestine based dishes. My favourites are:
- deep fried prawn paste stuffed pork intestines (usually served with pickled carrot and daikon). I used to buy this dish in a Chinese restaurant in London, but have never been able to find a recipe online.
- Spicy pork intestine clay pot. Plenty of places sell this, but I cannot find any recipes.
