Old Bay seasoning help

I've been trying to recreate old Bay, but haven't had much luck. Has anyone on here ever made it?

This is the recipe I've found but it seems off. I will post a pic in the comments.

Recipe

Bay leaf powder 2 tbsp Celery salt 2tbsp Mustard 1tbsp Black pepper 2 tsp Ginger 2 tsp Paprika 2 tsp Nutmeg 1 tsp Cloves 1 tsp Allspice 1 tsp Crushed red pepper .5 tsp Mace .5tsp Cardamom .5tsp Cinnamon .25 tsp
