Hi, Recently in a kind of food tasting event,I bought this "Charloe" cheese,I do not have much idea about varieties of cheese,How do you traditionally use it?I usually use Paneer ( cottage cheese )cheddar,mozzarella,Parmesan,Romano and sometimes feta in recipes. ,I was thinking to use it in recipes of Pasta or may be any other fusion dishes .How do all of you use it? Any suggestions?
