Some kind person who lives in my town has been sharing the fresh rhubarb in her garden at my workplace. Nobody that I work with though besides myself has any idea what rhubarb is or what to do with it, so I've been taking all of it to see that it gets used. I'd already done a great pie, and frozen some of the extra, and then she brought more XD. I was just wondering though, are there any recipes or things I can do with this lovely gift besides more pie or sauce?
