Looking for interesting uses of turkey broth

Hi cooks and chefs of Reddit!

I absolutely love turkey broth, and while I still haven't got tired of the "alphabet pasta + broth" thing and enjoy every bowl of it, I would like to try cooking something more interesting with it, especially something that would use Asian noodles (like udon or soba) as well, but am open to all ideas, complete recipes or suggestions of uses, simple and complicated alike!

I tried to do a Web search, but DuckDuckGo treats my queries like "recipes OF turkey broth" instead of "recipes WITH turkey broth", no matter what wording I try.
