Anyone have a/some super delicious recipe for a potato soup that isn't creamy? It doesn't have to be exact, but i'm reminiscing of a potato soup I had years ago. It wasn't a standard potato soup. It had chopped potatoes in it, in a clear-ish soup base with boullion. It was very savory. :)
