I've recently started trying to cook more with tofu because it's much easier on my stomach than meat. Still love meat just trying to eat less. I prefer soft tofu and can easily get it and I'm willing to try just about anything.
For those interested/ might change suggestions based on this my stomach issues are similar to acid reflux and I've found what causes me the most problems are meat, red onions, and acidic foods. Thanks in advance!
